Mission
To provide reference assistance electronically for patrons requesting quick information. Questions answered will include requests for brief facts or statistics, library holdings, services, and hours, selection and use of electronic databases and resources, and cite verification.
Procedures
We will attempt to answer email questions in forty-eight hours. Friday to Sunday submissions will be initiated on the Monday following the request. Ask A Librarian will not be available when the library/university is closed.
